PayrollStream orchestrates payroll. It connects employers, accountants, and payroll providers through a structured workflow — without pretending that one platform can own every edge case.

Transparent payroll runs Step-by-step visibility from initiation to provider confirmation. Every state transition is recorded and auditable.
Partner-first workflows CPA firms and payroll bureaus manage multiple employers from a single dashboard with appropriate permissions and oversight.
Human-readable payslips Employee-facing results designed to be understood without a background in payroll. What changed, what was deducted, and why.
Integration-first approach Connects to existing payroll calculation engines and providers rather than rebuilding what already works — engines later, orchestration now.
Dual-control approval Built-in checks that prevent a single person from initiating and approving the same payroll run, by design at the service layer.

We're opening early access to a small group of professionals who will use the platform, give direct feedback, and help shape what gets built next.

This site is a pre-launch informational page. It does not set tracking cookies, use analytics scripts, or collect any data automatically.

If you contact us by email, your name and email address are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on early access or project participation if you requested it. Nothing is shared with third parties. Nothing is sold.

Once the platform operates, a full privacy policy covering payroll data handling will be published. Payroll data — employee records, compensation, tax information — will be handled to standards appropriate for regulated financial systems.
